As a Coach I work with the conscious layers:
I help clients overcome emotional, physical, or emotional challenges through self-awareness and mindfulness practices, archetypal systems of contemplation, and neuroscience-based coaching models.
My role is to provide a safe space for clients to process difficult experiences, develop coping strategies, and gain the tools needed for personal growth and healing. The specific focus can vary from life or business goals to relationships and health, depending on client’s symptoms and goals for the session.
I became a coach because I worked as a startup accelerator program director supporting founders going through burn out and stress of building a business. It is the most challenging and most rewarding path, but what I noticed is that most of them needed to be told that they don’t have to do it alone. I found my calling in supporting and guiding people to their best potential.
I am a practical creative person, whatever I create has to be useful and have a purpose. With coaching no different. The purpose of coaching is to work with the client towards the best possible solution to their problem. Most of the time revealing blind spots and traps that prevent them from seeing solutions in the first place. However, analytical rational approach has its limitations, that’s why I was led to study tools that allow accessing the subconscious and the collective unconscious influences - energy work.
As a Healer I work with the unconscious layers:
I help clients to translate patterns of inner programming into meaning and re-pattern them at the energetic root level, not just coping strategies, because all that manifests has energetic roots or blueprints.
My role is to do the energetic detective work and then guide the client through gentle integration and release somatically, emotionally and mentally. This holistic approach encompasses deeper transformation that can be felt, identified and released.
In my years of experience with clients, I found that healing cannot be achieved by the practitioner doing the work alone, but including the client in the process of translating energetic patterns from their unconscious into meaningful insights in the context of their lives. Tapping into the unconscious is fascinating, because we cannot know what shows up, how it connects and associates within a larger narrative of the issue we are working with.
I came to energy work when I was going though fertility journey, 10 IVFs and other health challenges opened my mind to alternative health and spirituality. While there was no one particular healer who made a big impact, but seeing many different healers taught me a lot and mostly that healing can only be achieved by the client’s openness and readiness to heal. Healer is a guide to deeper insights, emotional clarity, finding answers and helping to release unwanted patterns and energies.

Emotion / Body / Belief Codes
This is a modern and systemic approach to energy healing developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson. You can read more on his website. This method gave reliability and system to intuitive work.
In this method, we intuitively muscle-test imbalances and patterns that are distorting the inner balance. We also test for associated imbalances in the form of trapped negative emotions, beliefs, negative affirmations and so on, that keep those misalignments true and alive. They reflect your archetypal health and what expressions you are moving through that are emerging to be stabilized.
The Emotion Code method opened possibilities for energetic detective work - translating suffering into meaning. I have been guided deeper in this work and developed energy healing to include archetypal level of our energetic architecture.
Insight is often not enough for lasting change. The body must believe it’s safe to change. Once the core archetypal pattern and its emotional tone are identified, the body is invited to process. We may further test for associated imbalances trapped emotions and external energetic influences if needed at this stage. Through gentle breath, subtle movement, or neuro-symbolic drawing and awareness of sensations, we support your nervous system to recognize the shift. This phase is about bringing the insight into the body, heart and mind coherence, so change is not in your head, but a felt sense of safety and alignment.
Clients often say: “It’s like my whole body exhaled. I didn’t realize how much I was holding until I let it go.”

Before our psychological personality and Ego development, there are energetic patterns that we call archetypes that are imprinted into our subconscious as inherited or Soul memory echoes. They shape our personality and reactions, the way we think and feel on a deeper layer beyond rational explanation, and some of the imprints can be misaligned with our life direction or our beliefs at a given stage.
I work with the Gene Keys Hologenetic Profile and Karmic Matrix profile, not to define who you are, but to assess most active archetypal influences as a guiding roadmap for contemplation and deeper answers.
In my years of experience with clients around the world, these profiles are evidently accurate in helping diagnose prominent energetic patterns in clients lives, they help to identify the algorithms of self-sabotage, dealing with rejection and other unpleasant relationship challenges, but also we see what gifts and potential is waiting to emerge, these are algorithms of success and prosperity that everyone could take into their self-development practice.
I study clients’ profiles to prepare for each session, even if we do not talk about it in the session. I also do profile reading sessions, where we spend time going over the profile sections that are relevant to the goals of the session. And, the third way I use profiles is to muscle test for most misaligned and distorted patterns that are surfacing to be reintegrated and transformed from shadow to light.
Every client loved a deeper dive into these blueprints for answers from the perspective of their own gifts and genius, giving more clarity and vision for what’s possible waiting to emerge.

Traditional coaching is asking coaching questions that lead the client to self awareness. I am merging coaching approach with the energy healing and energetic blueprint profiles to ask specific questions personally relating to your problem in the moment, rather than generic coaching questions that may resonate or not.
As a violinist I am attuned to harmonies and if it sounds off my natural impulse is to want to correct it. Similarly, our energetic field is a harmony, ideally it is well tuned and coherent, keeping us in physical and emotional balance and health. I approach the concept of harmony as body-mind-emotion coherence.
The harmonic alignment is where the new pattern is no longer just identified and “processed,” but lived somatically, emotionally and mentally.
The transformation and insights need to be expressed and embodied by the client. I.e. I would ask at this stage:
· how does it feel when you no longer believe that? - show where it feels in the body; what do you want to say in words or wha emotion is surfacing now?
· what became available for you now that held you back before?
· what are you ready to let go now that you were nor ready for before?
· what do you believe is possible for you now that is ready to emerge?
Acceptance and trust is often expressed in positive affirmations, new insights and clarity of actions. As a home practice, I will send you for a personally resonant affirmation or Soul Message to support the healing process post session.
